| 2 | cups | heavy cream | ||||
| 1 | cup | sugar | ||||
| 2 | tsp | lime zest | ||||
| 1/3 | cup | lime juice | ||||
| fresh fruit |
In a large bowl, combine cream and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in lime zest and juice. The mixture will start to thicken slightly. Pour into freezer-safe metal or plastic container. Cover with foil and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
